Crochet Granny Square Jumper/Cardigan 3 session Workshop

Ever wanted to learn how to create a crochet Jumper or a Cardigan out of crocheted granny squares?
We can offer you a 3 session course spread over 6 weeks that will teach you how to crochet a square to understanding the principles of joining to finishing the end product. Don’t worry, we won’t be doing these sessions back to back.
Next Dates Available; 9th January, 23rd January & 6th February, each 6pm – 8pm
The workshop is a very small class of 4 students which means your tutor will be able to offer more individual help then as if it were a bigger class.
What’s involved
1st – Beginners Crochet Granny Square, which elevates you to know how to create squares with ease. You will be given homework to create several squares before the next lesson, that will be something you will discuss with your tutor.
2nd – Follow up offering the principle of joining together granny squares. This session will also require homework ready for the last session.
3rd – Following on from the 2nd session, you will be deciding on a cardigan or jumper using templates and how to change colour.
You will need to bring with you;
1 crochet hook
2 x balls of DK yarn
You will receive written instructions.
Of course light refreshments will be offered but please do bring snacks if you wish if you require them.
Time to get creative for New Year.
