Penge Heritage Trail

Penge has a rich and fascinating history and a plethora of heritage sites. This Penge Town Centre Team project aims to uncover the stories and facts connected with the above and, in partnership with Bromley Council, create a three-aspect Penge Heritage Trail. First, a centralised and informative Penge Heritage website detailing the stories of more than 25 heritage sites and the people connected with them; second, a free pamphlet guide to the Penge Heritage Trail itself; and three, substantial heritage plaques to map and celebrate the narrative. Local artists, graphic designers, computer experts and historians will contribute to the unfolding project which will enhance the perception of Penge for visitors and those who already live here.
